Product Availability :

We do our best to provide you with flowers to perfectly match your vision, however, our arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. Changes in the season will affect the availability as well as pricing for all arrangements. Please come in for a free consultation for your wedding flowers to discuss your needs further.
 

Delivery Policy :

We provide only the freshest flowers hand delivered in the Auburn area. Same-day delivery is available when the order is placed by noon (subject to specific flowers availability and substitutions allowed to fill order to full value).  
 
Please note for Valentines Day and Mother's Day we cannot promise specific delivery times flowers will be delivered from 8:30  a.m. to 6:00  p.m. with pre-orders and businesses having priority. Other than these 2 holidays if you have  a specific delivery window in which you prefer your flowers to be delivered please let us know in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you to our best ability. 
Delivery fees will vary depending on the zip code of the recipient.

We accept local orders only on our website. If you would like to send an order out of the area, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you . 

Return & Refund Policy:  

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at O' Shay's Flower's, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Should you have any questions regarding the care of your arrangement or plant, please contact us at the shop during our business hours, we would be more than happy to assist you. 

Cancellation policy:

A minimum of a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for standard orders. Weddings will require a 2-week notice prior to the wedding date. Notification is acceptable in the form of: in-person, via email, phone call, text message, fax, or any other means will be accepted (subject to confirmation in writing). We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
